1.² Permitted use

You may use this site to learn about Geeqers, submit a role brief as an employer, or register your interest as a candidate. You agree to use the site only for that purpose, and not to misuse it, for example by scraping it, attempting to access parts of it you're not authorized to access, or submitting someone else's information without their knowledge. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form on this site.

1.³ No employment or agency relationship, and no guarantee of placement

Submitting a role brief or registering your interest doesn't, by itself, create an employment relationship, an agency relationship, or a client relationship between you and Geeqers. Using this site doesn't guarantee that Geeqers will find you a candidate, find you a role, or place you with any employer.

Geeqers reviews briefs and registrations at its own discretion and can't promise a specific outcome for any individual employer or candidate.

1.⁴ Our commitments and client agreements

Elsewhere on this site we state commitments we make to employer clients: a shortlist within 7 business days of receiving a brief, a free replacement if a hire leaves within 90 days, and no fee until the hire starts. Those commitments apply to employers who engage us, and they're governed by a separate, signed client services agreement between Geeqers and that employer.

This website, and submitting a role brief through it, isn't that agreement and doesn't by itself entitle you to these commitments. The terms of any specific search, including these commitments, are set out in the client services agreement you sign with us before work begins.

1.⁵ Accuracy of submitted information

You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit through this site, including a role brief or a candidate registration and CV. We rely on what you tell us to do our work. If you submit information that's false or misleading, we may decline to act on it.

1.⁶ Intellectual property

The content, design, and organization of this site, and the Geeqers name, are owned by [confirm: legal entity name] or its licensors. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from it without our permission.
