What happens next

Here’s what happens after you get in touch.

After you send a brief

  1. One of us reads it the same business day.
  2. If anything’s unclear, like the seniority, the salary band or whether the role is on site, we’ll call and ask first. The 7 days start once you’ve answered.
  3. Your shortlist arrives within 7 business days, with a note from us on every name.
  4. You interview the people you like. Our invoice only comes once your new hire has started.

If 7 days isn’t realistic for your role, we’ll tell you on our first call and give you an honest date instead.

After you register

  1. Your details stay with us. There’s no public profile and no jobs board.
  2. When an employer briefs us on a role that fits your experience, we’ll call you about it.
  3. Your CV goes to that employer only after you’ve said yes to that specific role.
  4. Hired or not, you’ll hear back from us about every role we talk to you about.

We won’t fill your inbox. You’ll hear from us when there’s a real role worth your time.
