There's no public profile and no board. We don't share your name, your CV or even the fact that you've registered with any employer, including one you're interested in, until you tell us you want to be considered for a specific role.

01Can you keep my search confidential?

Yes. If you’re replacing someone who’s still in the role, or you’d rather the market didn’t know you’re building a new team, we approach people without naming you. We only tell a candidate who you are once they’re serious and you’ve said we can. We look after candidates’ privacy in the same way.

02Do you work outside pharma, or outside the US?

No. We work on pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device roles in the United States, and nothing else. Keeping our focus that narrow is what lets us make the promises on this page.

03What happens to my CV?

We use it to match you with employer briefs as they come in, comparing your experience with what each role actually needs. We don’t publish it, post it on a board or make it searchable to anyone outside Geeqers. It only goes to an employer after you’ve told us you want to be considered for that specific role.

04Will my current employer find out I’m looking?

Not from us. There’s no public profile or board, and we don’t share your name, your CV or even the fact that you’ve registered with any employer, including one you’re interested in, until you tell us you want to be considered for a specific role. We keep your search as private as the searches employers ask us to run confidentially.

05Do you have a jobs board I can browse?

No. We don’t run a public jobs board, so there’s no list to scroll through. Register your interest and CV once, tell us the kind of role you’re looking for, and we’ll get in touch when an employer’s brief fits what you’ve told us.

06What kinds of roles do you cover?

IT and technology, AI and data, and supply chain roles, all at pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies in the United States.

07How do I get my details deleted?

Just ask us. Once we’ve verified the request, we delete or de-identify the information we hold about you, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it, for example to resolve a dispute. You can ask us what we hold, or ask us to correct it, the same way.
